2009 SHINE Kickoff Party
Women of the congregation gathered for a brunch and update on the many opportunities there are to serve both God and others on our pathway through life.

Ice Give-Away after Ike
On Sat. Sept 20, compliments of HEB, we gave away 40,000 lbs of ice to those in the neighborhood. Most of the neighborhood still had no power more than a week after Ike paid us a visit.

Installation
On Sunday, Aug. 17, we were blessed to have the installation of 3 new called workers.

Mother Daughter Dinner
On Aug 14, 82 women of the congregation (beginning at less than 2 years old) joined in an evening of food, entertainment and a focus on reaching out with God's Word around the world.
